Jun Jie Lam ASEP, AFC

Jun Jie Lam, ASEP, AFC, is a senior manager with Advisors’ Clique, Great Eastern Life in Singapore. He qualified for MDRT the first year he became a full-time advisor and moved to a leadership role a year later in 2018. He was the youngest manager in Great Eastern at that time. He encountered obstacles in his leadership journey and experienced times where he doubted his ability to lead his associates. He persevered through, and gradually grew to become a better leader not just for his associates, but for the bigger agency.
